If personal data are processed on a legal ground of contract, such data providing constitutes a prerequisite for the contract concluding/performance. If personal data are not provided for the said purpose, a contract cannot be concluded or performed. If personal data are processed on a lawful legal ground, such data providing constitutes a statutory requirement. If personal data are not provided for the said purpose, it is impossible to ensure due fulfillment of the controller’s obligations under the applicable legal regulations.

  • 1) on request, the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning the data subject are being processed, under what terms, to what extent, the purposes and period of the processing, and information on the source of personal data;
  • 2) on request, the right to have personal data concerning the data subject rectified and/or completed by the controller where incomplete;
  • 3) on request, the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data where:
    • a) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
    • b) the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based and where there is no other legal ground for the processing;
    • c) the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to direct marketing;
    • d) the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
    • e) the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation;
  • 4) on request, the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
    • a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
    • b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
    • c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
  • 5) on request, the right to obtain from the controller personal data concerning the data subject which he or she has provided to the controller and the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible and where processing is carried out by automated means;
  • 6) the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

Data subjects may submit requests related to the rights above with the data protection officer of the controller at zodpovednaosoba@seesame.com, by certified mail served on the controller or in person, providing the data subject’s identification information and the right the data subject wants to exercise.

Replies to requests by data subjects or measures taken following such a request shall be provided free of charge. Where requests from a data subject are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, the controller may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested, or refuse to act on the request.
